Products
We sell illustrated familiar medallions and related products described on the store. Review the product description and included items before ordering. If you need a specific product detail that is not listed, contact us before purchasing. Screen settings can affect color appearance.
Our familiars belong to an imaginative and symbolic world. Their stories are not promises of medical, psychological or supernatural results.
Ordering and payment
Check your items, delivery address, currency and order total before paying. The checkout shows the available payment methods and charges for your order. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.
Shipping and import charges
We serve the United States and Canada. Processing, transit estimates and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping & delivery policy. Eight Shadows covers applicable import duties and customs charges, including reimbursement on proof of payment where these were collected from you.
Returns and statutory rights
Our 30-day satisfaction promise and the process for cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe, undelivered or misdescribed goods.
Privacy and email
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email. Transactional messages necessary to handle your order are separate from marketing.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, provide fraudulent information or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights. Intellectual property rights in content remain with their respective owners.

Send questions or complaints to whispers@eightshadows.com and include your order number where relevant. These terms do not prevent you from exercising rights or remedies available under the mandatory law applicable to your purchase.
Changes
Policy updates apply prospectively. The terms applicable when an order was placed remain relevant to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
