Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared within one business day (24 hours on business days). Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend enter processing on Monday; in occasional cases, dispatch may take until Tuesday. After dispatch, transit typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your destination. Transit estimates are separate from order preparation and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
The shipping team always does its best to prepare and ship packages as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of your order.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How can we ensure efficient delivery?

Our products are stored, picked, and shipped from our partner's warehouse to ensure logistical efficiency, prompt shipment of packages, and to minimize the risk of errors as much as possible.  Returns are handled at our Florida company address. Any future change in fulfillment location will be reflected in this policy.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is USD 4.99 to the United States and Canada, and free for eligible orders of USD 50 or more after discounts. Where local-currency checkout is available, the applicable converted amounts are displayed at checkout.

Import charges

Eight Shadows covers import duties and customs charges associated with your order. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay such a charge, contact whispers@eightshadows.com with your order number and the notice. If you have already paid it, send us proof of payment so we can reimburse you.

Delays and delivery problems

For a delayed, missing or damaged delivery, contact whispers@eightshadows.com. If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will inform you of the revised timing and provide any cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
